I arrived and felt like I found a hidden gem in the heart of the city. the space had a calming vibe, making me forget I was a single guy wandering solo. I loved how the kitchen had everything I needed, though I did wonder where I'd hide my snacks from curious staff. the free tea over rice late at night was a surprising treat. I might not have left with any Nintendo memorabilia, but the cozy atmosphere kept me smiling.

We got a room with a bath. An electric kettle, fridges, and glassware were very handy. The hotel was very close to Nishiki Market, the subway, and Marufukuro. It's a 10-15 minute walk from Tulio, we ate there once or twice.

The hotel's location was perfect - a short walk to the subway and close to major attractions like the Torii Gates and Nishiki Market. The complementary drinks and snacks in the lounges and minibar in the room made us feel pampered. Staff were friendly and helpful, arranged a delicious kaiseki lunch and future reservations.
Nothing to dislike.

From the impressive room minibar to the elegant lounge drinks, this hotel fulfilled all our exclusive amenities needs. the staff spoke fluent English and were able to book us a relaxing full body massage in the private facilities.
While the overall experience was excellent, we did have one minor issue. the bed was slightly firm and lumpy for our taste.

The hotel had an impressive decor and a well-stocked library that was a former factory for a well-known gaming company. The location was strategic, with easy access to the subway which made it easy to explore tourist attractions. Complimentary drinks and a minibar in the room were a nice touch. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff at the front desk were courteous and helpful.
The bed was a bit firm and lumpy, which made it uncomfortable to sleep. The blackout curtains let in light, which affected my sleep quality.
